Schema-free names

Hi
is it possible to build schema-free query texts using visual designer? What I mean, is it possible to build queries such as:
SELECT column FROM table
rather than:
SELECT schema.table.column FROM schema.table
?

TIA

Dear Michał,

To get rid of schema name, you should add it to the MetadataContainer.DefaultSchemas collection.

The same way is for database name: you should specify default database to the MetadataContainer.DefaultDatabase property.

If you need a code example, please tell me your programming language and development environment.

thanks for your reply.
It would be nice to get it in code.
I develop in C# under VS 2008.

queryBuilder1.MetadataContainer.DefaultSchemaNamesStr = "dbo;schema1;schema2";

Hi,
I cannot find MetadataContainer property in class QueryBuilder.
MetadataProvider property looks similar but there is no DefaultSchemaNamesStr property defined within it.

This property is not available in the Free version of Active Query Builder.
Please request the trial version to use this functionality.
