my sql server database to contain unicode data,how to export to big5 code to execl?

It seems you use "Export to CSV" (comma-separated values) file. This is generic text file, and can have different text encoding. By default we encode it using your current code page (because MS Excel doesn't understand UTF-8 encoded CSV files), but you can manually select encoding by clicking on "Advanced" button on export dialog.
By the way, our FlySpeed SQL Query can write Excel files directly, and you can omit the "encoding" problem completely - result XLS file contains unicode data as it was recived from MS SQL. Just select export to "MS Excel spreadsheet".
